"Dear Helder,
An observation earthquake biggest in history occurs at the Pacific coast of the North Japan at about 3:00 on the afternoon of today, the coastal area north than Tokyo caused by the tsunami suffered big damage. The earthquake still is sometimes repeated, the conventional dead person might be equal to several hundred people, and some kind of abnormality seems to have occurred in the nuclear power plant.
And in Osaka where I live in, a weird earthquake lasted approximately one minute, but fortunately, we of the West Japan are safe. But It is an abnormal situation that a tsunami warning is given throughout the Pacific coast of the Japanese Islands.
Takehito Tanabe"
